This is the license agreement for the PinkPrivilege Service on Microsoft’s Azure Marketplace.
We like to keep things simple and clear at Pink Elephant. So, the only definition we provide here is for the noun ‘service’: the advice & assistance that a business provides to its customers.
Who are we?
We are Pink Elephant B.V. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 32055081. Our main office is located at Gooimeer 18, 1411DE in Naarden. But we can also be reached by phone (+3188 2356655) or email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We like to keep thing personal, even when it’s about terms and conditions. So, your first line of contact is your Key Account Manager. Don’t have his or her number: call our general director at +316 29528835. If he’s busy: just call reception, at +3188 2356655.
Please make sure to provide us with your company’s details by filling out our customer information form as completely and accurately as possible. This ensures that we have all the necessary information in one place. In addition, please remember to provide us with a valid reference number and/or PO number for each project. Pink Elephant B.V cannot be held responsible for incorrect or missing reference numbers.
We’ve done our best to bring these terms and conditions to your attention. They explain what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you. These terms and conditions apply to the PinkPrivilege service. The actual managed services agreement with you as our client are described in the signed contract between your organisation and Pink Elephant B.V. These take precedence over the terms and conditions described here.
Work assignments and other agreements may take place within the context of a project, a service level agreement, a managed services agreement or other contract between us.
Pink Elephant B.V. aims to provide you with the best possible service. If you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to resolve the matter.
If you do wish to make a complaint, please send an email detailing your complaint to your Key Account Manager. Make sure to describe the issue as clearly as possible so that we can determine how best to help you. You’ll hear back from us as soon as possible.
General Terms and Conditions
In addition to the terms and conditions listed here, all offers and agreements made by Pink Elephant B.V. are subject to the Pink Elephant General Terms and Conditions, which are on file with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under reference number 32055081.
